Interest persons have to submit
- CV/Key expert, Annex IV Prag manual
- Organization and Metodologji, Annex III Prag manual
- Preferebly to have university degree in the fields of economics,engineering,environmental,law or related fields.
- To have similar experiences in EU project,in EU programs.
- To have 5 – 7 years of working experience (more than 7 years will be consider advantage )
